Bump on the index : I just saw a patient in the office with this about an hour ago. Most likely that is a ganglion. See a doctor in person to be sure.

See below: It could be synovial cyst, a ganglion, also possible is a wart. If the lesion interferes with your activities, it would be useful to see a doctor.
