Knee Pains: Knee pains can be an early sign of "wear and tear" arthritis affecting the knee joints, or early rheumatoid arthritis. If you are carrying more weight around these days, this can affect your knees. Do you work out at the gym? Engage in squatting a lot ( gardening, etc)? Joint "flare ios" may respond to a short dose of Aspirin or inuprofen - if you can take these, but otherwise see a rheumatologis.
