Vitamin D deficiency: This is a very important question and puts you at the front of modern medicine. You are very deficient. If you cannot get frequent high intensity sunshine please start on a daily vitamin d supplement. Probably 2000 to 5000 units/day. Take your vitamins.

Supplement: That level is quite low. Your doctor may want to inquire about GI malabsorption. You should perhaps get out more and get some sun exposure (not sunburn, but exposure). You need vit d supplements to get your levels up. There are several methods. One is to take 50, 000 u weekly for 6 weeks, then recheck the blood level. Your doctor can guide you on this.
