Excellent: A properly performed abortion doesn't change a women's fertility whatsoever. Please take precautions so abortion isn't required again. It shouldn't be used as a method of birth control.

Generally good: Generally one interruption of pregnancy statistically does not decrease your chances of conceiving again. However, two or more terminations can effect subsequent fertility by causing damage to your cervix and/or increasing the risk of infection and subsequent tubal damage. Many terminations can also increase the risk of an incompetent cervix. Hope this helps.
