I doubt it: You should trust your doctor and have a conversation with her about this. Pregnitude is basically a Folic Acid supplement, which is a greta thing for you to be taking when ttc. But...The company's statement that pregnitude 'supports ovulation' in pcos is complete nonsense. Sorry.

Will not help PCOS: That medication / supplement will not affect your pcos. It is good to take a Folic Acid / folate (folic acid) supplement while trying to conceive but it will not improve your chances for conceiving.
