Moisturize: You should see your friendly dermatologist to make sure that it is just dry skin that you are dealin with. If it is, moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!

Possible dry skin: Proper use of moisturizer should help. Seborrheic dermatitis can also cause flakes, specially on the face. A dermatologist can help.
