Condensations: Condensation occurs with temperature extremes. If you keep a supplement refrigerated and then remove it only to return it minutes later, water droplets will form that ultimately breakdown the integrity of the capsule or tablet. Water is the real culprit. Likewise, keep supplements away from extreme heat sources. Quality supplements are actually controlled food products. They have a shelflife too.
