Eat less/Exercise mo: Your body weight is affected by the daily energy balance...How much calories/energy you take in and how much you expend or burn. It is slow process , weight increases slowly and will take time tolose it..So you have to set your goals and persist with a disciplined approach of eating slightly less everyday and exercise/walk more daily. Avoid energy rich foods: sugars, fried foods and fats.
