Could be...: Lateral epicondylitis (aka "tennis elbow") is a common overuse injury. In order to decrease pain, i recommend you start with rice, see a physician for an official diagnosis. Follow w/ stretching/ strengthening (therapy), & consider couterforce bracing. If these treatments fail he may be a candidate for cortisone/ prp injs.
