My right foot hurts when i flex or point my toes. it hurts on top of my foot from about the third to "baby" toe. no swelling, bruising or recent injur?

Tendonitis: Unfortantly more information is needed. But first i would do a proper biomechanics exam to assess each tendon. Then follow up with an MRI or diagnostic ultrasound. This sounds like a foot sprain/strain or tendonitis.

Pain: This sounds like tendonitis - but you really need to be evaluated to be sure. That is the problem with this format - a little information is just that : a little information. See your podiatrist
