How do you know if you are properly oxygenated sleep.

See details: Unless you have sleep apnea, your oxygenation is fine. If you think you have significant issues a sleep study will provide the answers.

Measure it: The only way to know this is to measure oxygen levels in the blood during sleep. This is done with a simple clip over one of the fingers. This can be done with a home oximeter (the device for measuring oxygen levels) but ideally would be done as part of a sleep study (either at home or in the sleep lab).
