I had trichimonasis 3 yrs ago. i was diagnosed with it once a yr ago. i think i have it again. why would i have it years apart? with no reinfection.

Trich: 2 possible scenarios 1. The infection has been there and it has never been gotten rid off completely from your body 2. Re-infection. ( you get the infection again from sexual transmision ). What ever is the case- you should get a proper therapy this time and your partner also should be treated- as you both can give the trich back and forth- if only one gets treatment.
