Questions: It's hard to say without doing a physical exam but i would try to rule out a few things first. My initial thought would be pain caused by the movement of gas in your intestine. Another possibility is something called a ventral hernia. Go see a doctor if the pain gets worse.

Right abd pain: Appendicitis is possibility but should get worse & more constant. Gas can commonly cause abd pain intermittently. Do u have belching, bloating, flatus? Could try gas-x or beano if occurs after gassy foods; or lactaid if occurs after dairy products. If constipated, increase fiber in diet &/or use fiber supplement with plenty of water to soften stool. If pain worsens /abd becomes rigid, c dr at once.
