Re-test: You have to follow up to make sure thyroid function is coming back into normal, as long as it's balanced and normal should have no issues with pregnancy related to thyroid.

Get thyroid stable: If you have a thyroid "problem" make sure it is treated properly and your thyroid level is normalized before you attempt to get pregnant. Otherwise you put both you and the fetus at risk. Work w/your doctor.
