Very low risk : An iud is one of the most reliable forms of birth control, so you should be more concerned about whether there is a risk of infection than a risk of pregnancy. Of course, if you miss your period, take a home pregnancy test.

Not probable: The iud is supposed to prevent pregnancy, but like most birth control they are not definatively 100% effective and there is always a very very small risk you can get pregnant.
