Stone moving: If given an rx to enlarge ureters/urethra--be sure you are taking it. Use your pain med, hydrate well to encourage passage. If made it to bladder, should pass on own (and will only appear as grain of sand, despite amount of pain it caused on way out). May have some urinary bleeding, ok as long as stops after few hrs. If severe pain / vomiting / can't pee -- go to er.
