Less than a week: Most oral antibiotics have a short half life. That's why they need to be taken on a daily basis. I think it would be safe to consume alcohol a week or so after stoppong antibiotics. Remember than alcohol should always be consumed in mederation!

Wait a week: It really depends on which medicines you were taking. Metronidazole (flagyl) has the strongest alcohol/drug interaction. Tindamax can also possibly interfere. In general, wait a week after stopping antibiotics, and test it out with a small amt of alcohol at first. Intolerance for alcohol is commonly found as a sympptom in chronic lyme, even before starting on abx. So if you are well take it slow.
