Keloid.: Sounds like you have a scar keloid. See a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to have it removed or ameliorated with creams. From a healing perspective, your scar should be strong internally by this time.

That is normal: It takes some time for the c/s scar to heal. What you are experiencing is part of the normal healing process.
