Forgotten exercises: Never be shy in calling your doc or therapist and simply asking! we are here to help! generally speaking, the knee exercises involve straightening the knee from a slightly bent position. This can be done with weight on the ankles, or alternatively, by placing something behind the knee and pushing it down. Thicker, harder material for better workout. Your back? Too many options to venture a guess.
