EKG and ultrasound: Ekg shows how the heart is pacing and conducting electricity in the muscle, rules out arrhythmia and also ischemia. Ultrasound assess the muscle and rules out valve disease, septum defect and muscle contraction. The coronarpgraphy shows the circulation, is more invasive and is done if ischemia has to be ruled out.
