May be strep: A very sore throat and headache along with fever and few or no other symptoms is common with strep throat, which requires antibiotics for treatment. If you are having a stiff neck or difficulty touching your chin to your chest, go in now - even if you must go to the emergency room. Meningitis can appear this way. Lgromkomd.
