Possible migraine: If this is a migraine then there are options - there is a nasal NSAID(ketorolac) that can be used, there is also an oral NSAID diclofenac powder also, newer CGRP drugs are also available (with minimal side effects), short of that a nerve block can be done of the supra-orbital and temporal nerves (divisions of there trigeminal nerve ) , a sphenopalatine block may also help.
