Not sure: Sounds like a neuropathic pain condition. I would go see a regular doctor or a neurologist.

Carpal Tunnel : Pain, numbness, tingling, weakness and night pain are the most common symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. That would not explain the problem with your feet.
