Nope: These may be co-occuring conditions, but one does not lead to the other. Many people with asperger's experience social anxiety, though. Asperger's is a lifelong and pervasive developmental disorder. No: Agoraphobia (fear of crowd) is an anxiety disorder. Asperger's symdrome is an autistic disorder, like (sometimes) a very high functioning person without the ability to establish eye-contact when addressed.
