Skin sores: You may have a skin infection that can be killed by penicillin, but it may have come back. These sores are called impetigo, and sometimes penicillin works and some times you will need other kinds of antibiotics. These sores are contagious and you can get them, have them treated, and get them again. There are other kinds of sores, like ring worm, and herpes, but they dont go away with penicillin.
