Stop Viibryd (vilazodone hydrochloride): Treatment: 1. Nothing to eat for 24 hours except liquids, tea without milk. If hungry, take a toast make it almost black and eat with tea. 2. No milk and diary product for 5 days. 3. Cipro (ciprofloxacin) 500 mg itablet twice a day for one week.

Viibryd: Viibryd can cause diarrhea (up to 29%), nausea (up to 24%) as well as gastroenteritis &/or vomiting in 1% to 10%) Viibryd should be taken with food. I don't know how long you have been on Viibryd. This could be related to medication side effects or you could have gastroenteritis (likely viral). Let your doctor know.
