I am on warfarin and getting remicade (infliximab) infusions every 6 weeks. how will the remicade (infliximab) affect my inr?

May lower it : Remicade (infliximab) might cause the warfarin to be less effective. The inr might decrease during therapy. Remicade (infliximab) alters liver function which in turn changes your response to the warfarin.
