Seems okay: Zofer (zofran) is used for nausea. It is widely prescribed during pregnancy. Limited studies suggest that it is safe to use.

Yes: I'm assuming you are referring to the drug zofran (ondansetron) for the treatment and prevention of nausea and vomiting. If so, it is safe in pregnancy. It carries a class b rating, meaning either animal studies show no risk but human studies not available or animal studies showed minor risks and human studies done and showed no risk.
