Rib pain: Usually pain from costochondritis is activity related. I have not heard of any patients who had pain that was increased ny eating. I would review w your primary care doc.

Something else...: Check with a doctor to see if your have gerd or coronary artery disease due to endothelial dysfunction. Good luck!
