Wash them out: If you've killed the lice and nits remain there are helpful adjuncts to use. Some have success with a stout vinegar used as a wash/rinse.It loosens the glue holding the nit to the hair and helps them separate easier.Also use a nit comb, that usually comes with the nix (permethrin) or other treatment. Pickling vinegar is stronger than regular and may work faster. It can be repeated daily until clear.
