Head down/ Good: 'ceph' stands for cephalic" which means "head". Your obgyn was referring to the fact that your baby's position is head down. Not to stay the baby can't still change position but, if he/she stays this way, this is a good orientation for later birth. At 29 weeks, baby can still move around without worry and position may change. With head down, for now, you are probably feeling kicks up high!
