I had intense calf pain after lat. menisectomy. after 10 days the pain isn't gone, tho usually less intense, except in the am or after activity.

I assume this was arthroscopically done; and even though you don't have a large scar, the structures inside and around the knee may have been disturbed and still need time to heal. If no infection is evident then continue your postop rehabilitation with gradual progression of activity until followup appointment.
