Almost 6 months after meniscectomy and plica removal, i still can't deep bend w/o pain. getting on the floor is hard. no prob on leg press. why?

Knee pain: This is a problem. One has to ask when did PT (if it was ever done) start relative to the procedure? Also have you had a Lidocaine/Steroid injection into the knee to see if that improves motion. If there is no residual tissue causing this - then aggressive PT. Last resort Stem Cell/PRP injection

Be seen: There are multiple potential reasons you may still be having problems so long after your surgery. I would discuss directly with your surgeon who would likely be the most able to tell you what the problem is; don't hesitate to seek a second opinion as well.
