When i woke up 2 days before i got severe pain in back i ate ibulgesic to relieve pain, but I am having shoulder pain and light back pain now what to?

? ibugesic: Not sure what ibugesic is but probably Ibuprofen mixed with something else your symptoms sound pretty benign may continue with some ibufrofen try some hot showers or a hot tub bath with epson salts and see what happens if worsening please seek medical attention.
