Fiber: Up the fiber and water in your diet. If needed a safe laxative is milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide).

Drink: More fluids and tolerate the inconvenience of frequently urinating. Many women in the 3rd trimester cut back on fluids due the urination and they are trying to do last minute preparations for the new arrival.The experience will be better mif you don't have to deal with hemorrhoids and constipation. Drink, drink.
