Yes indeed: It's got to be strenuous enough to kill off some liver cells by diverting blood to the muscles long enough to have liver cells in the lobule centers get sick from lack of oxygen. They'll heal up fine; all marathon runners do this. Or unconditioned muscle exercised heavily may leak SGOT and sgpt. It's worth ruling out by history before embarking on a costly workup of elevated transaminases.
