Something else?: Cold intolerance and fatigue may not be related to your B12 levels. It may be related to thyroid disease or other problems. Ask your physician to fully evaluate you for conditions that cause fatigue such as other causes of anemia, etc.

Not needed: Every month. Given sufficient amount by injection, the liver can store about a year's worth of vitamin b12. There may be other causes for your symptoms but not because you are getting B12 injections only every three months.
