Need diagnosis first: It sounds like you have cholinergic urticaria which are small hives caused by a physical agent like heat, activity, sweat, pressure etc. Treatment can be challenging but first you need your rash properly diagnosed. Visit with your dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment options.
