I had a small skin graft on a finger two weeks ago. told to soak in warm water 3 times a day. the finger is really red. should i be concerned?

First I would call: the doctor who did the skin graft and ask. Red is usually a good sign after a skin graft as it means blood supply is good, but it can also be a sign of infection. so get in to see your surgeon soon
