Vitamins have not mu: If you want to be thin, you have to eat less and exercise daily. Vitamin supplements are rarely needed provided you eat healthy. Here is what you have to do: limit your food intake to small portions and primarily eat plant based foods with adequate proteins in your diet. Good sources of proteins are eggs, low fat dairy, nuts, soy and fish. Avoid most of the red meats(no fast food, fried foods).
