No: The episode of visual loss is not related to the actual performance of the lumbar puncture. However, there must have been a reason for the procedure. Whatever the reason for the lumbar puncture may well be related to the visual loss.

Possibly: The temporary blindness is concerning. You should be evaluated asap for a clotting disorder. The symptoms you described are concerning for a TIA or mini stroke caused by clotting. Seek medical attention and do not ignore your symptoms.

No relationship: Visual loss as you describe and lumbar puncture 2 weeks would be unrelated events but has been already suggested, the episode should not be ignored and followed up by a qualified physician such as neurologist or ophthalmologist.
