Depends on soup: If you are losing weight with soup you probably will continue to lose. However, you may not be getting all the nutrients you need, based on the type of soup, such as protein, fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals necessary to stay healthy. Don't get carried away with a diet that lacks nutrients and causes fast weight loss only to see yourself become sick.
