No: After you have already died, there is limited use for your organs. Skin, corneas, bones and some other items are still usable, but the heart, kidneys, lungs, etc., cannot be used after you have died unless they are taken in a process called "donation after cardiac death" which is a very tightly regulated process. If you want more information, contact your local organ procurement agency.
