Exercise and Diet: Children exercise by playing so that strengthens their bones. A diet that is balanced and full of fresh foods will help. Being sure vitamin d is adequate as that and calcium, magnesium and phosphorus are important for bone health. Diet can provide most of it. If concerned use a supplement as well. My favorite is juice plus.
