Minimize trauma: Minimize ongoing trauma to hand. Limit repetitive aggressive motion but continue to work on gentle range of motion of affected finger. Might consider wearing an extension wrist brace or buddy tape finger during sleep to limit triggering. Ice, nsaid, massage over palmer flexion crease to flatten tendon/ inflammation. Go see physician if locks frequently or stays locked. Injection? Surgery?
