Cool water, a jump: 1.Take a warm shower and then gradually cool the temperature briefly. 2. Stretch and then do a few exercises to speed up your heart rate (5 minutes could be all you need) 3. You may consider rhodiola supplement but discuss with your doctor before starting always remember to avoid driving when feeling sleepy!
