No issue: Absolutely start exercising. It will have no effect on your wisdom teeth extraction but it will have a positive impact on your health.

Yes: There is no contraindication to beginning an exercise program prior to your surgery. You should ask your surgeon for recommendations after surgery as to when you can resume your exercise program.

Certainly, but: You will have to take a few days off after the extractions to keep swelling down and reduce chances of dry socket and bleeding. Exercise is great. Good Luck.
