See a dentist: It could be all or one of the things you mentioned above. You need to see a dentist. Make sure you take your retainer so they can make a proper diagnosis.

Probably retainer: If your retainer is placing your tooth in a position that causes traumatic occlusion (interferes with your biting) it will cause your tooth to feel loose. Another possibility is that you are having a periodontal infection. See your dentist.
