Many options: The severity and distribution of the acne and wrinkles are factors in detemining the best approach for both. Some topicals, such as tretinoin, can be effective on both as can laser or radiofrequency treatments and chemical peels. Injections with "botox" and fillers can help with some wrinkles. Oral meds may control acne. A consultation w/ plastic surgeon or other will sort out your best options.
