Serious Rx: If it's bad enough to be on our chest, you won't able able to do it on your own, and home remedies and topical benzoyl peroxide probably won't help much your physician can probably clear you in about two weeks with a systemic antibiotic that's right for you, perhaps tetracycline 500 2x/day. If this fails and you're offered isotretinoin, accept it.
